PLATINUM

All benefits below, plus flyer distribution to visitors, logo on the big panel, and a corporate session slot. 4 exhibit spaces (two long tables).

CORPORATE EXHIBIT

Corporate booth with 2 exhibit spaces (one long table) and 2 back panels.

PROMOTION

No booth. Includes a name badge that permits lead-gen and recruiting, plus logo placement and after-party access.

LOGO SPONSOR

Logo placement on the website and at the venue.

Corporate Exhibit and Promotion plans can be combined. Equipment sponsorship (Wi-Fi, hardware) is negotiable. Applications are open anytime; benefits involving printed materials have submission deadlines, so contact us early.

MESSAGE

This exhibition has been run by volunteers paying out of pocket. Vol.5 welcomed about 2,500 visitors, and Vol.6 will be bigger. Business exhibits and sponsorship keep the event sustainable — we are looking for companies who want to grow Japan’s grassroots AI scene with us.

Candidly: the event is still growing fast and not everything is polished yet. That is exactly why we believe the return on sponsorship is highest right now. Visitors grew from about 1,500 (Vol.4) to about 2,500 (Vol.5), and the event is starting to work as a recruiting touchpoint for motivated AI engineers. Sponsors get solid exposure on-site and in announcements.
